At Pariaa, we take great care in preparing your jewellery for its journey to you. We ensure your pieces reach you safely, securely, and promptly.

Dispatch Timelines

All Orders: We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 working hours of order confirmation.

Delivery Timelines:

Delivery estimates are based on your specific pin code. You will see the estimated delivery date on the product page and during the checkout process.

Shipping Charges:

Prepaid Orders: We offer complimentary free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer COD services with a nominal convenience fee of ₹100 per order.

Note: COD is not available for orders exceeding ₹7,000.

Order Tracking:

Once your Pariaa piece is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via sms, WhatsApp and Email, allowing you to track your delivery in real-time.

Delays & Exceptions:

While we strive to ensure seamless delivery, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, local restrictions, or unforeseen courier-related issues. In the rare event that your address becomes unserviceable after an order is placed, our team will proactively contact you to arrange an alternative delivery solution or process a full refund.

Failed Deliveries:

Prepaid Orders: If a shipment is returned to our facility because the customer was unavailable or the address was unserviceable, the order amount will be refunded to your original payment method (minus any applicable shipping costs incurred).

COD Orders: Please verify the invoice amount with the courier executive upon delivery. Pariaa is not responsible for any overpayments made to the delivery partner beyond the amount stated on the official bill.
